Since our founding in 1962, more than 23,000 women and men have received engineering degrees from the UC Davis College of Engineering. Our alumni have pursued careers in a wide variety of technical fields in industry, public service and academe, occupying positions of leadership and making a difference in the quality of life for people all over the world.

Our graduates hold academic and research appointments in universities around the world, from the University of California to the University of Colorado, Princeton University and the University Putra Malaysia in Selangor, Malaysia.

The UC Davis College of Engineering features notable Innovators each year in the Bruce and Marie West Lobby of Kemper Hall. Individuals associated with the College of Engineering who have made ground-breaking contributions to the field are featured in a series of museum-quality exhibits and photographs. This program was initiated in 2013, and features a new class each year, which are installed during the annual Engineers Week in February.
