Engineers, by their very nature, believe in the future.
But the challenges of the future are difficult: communities thirsty for renewable, clean energy; complex, serious health challenges; and a global information network that is both promising and vulnerable.
The UC Davis College of Engineering is striving to meet these challenges with technical solutions that will serve California, the nation and the world. And we are educating the next generation of engineers who will address socially significant needs and improve the quality of life for people everywhere.
The College plays a dynamic role in the mission of UC Davis, one of the nation's top public research universities. Together, we are making a difference today and for the future.
