Graduation Checklist

2007-2008 Graduation Check List

• Sign up for your First Degree Check by filling out a Degree Check Request Form at the Dean's Office (1050 Kemper Hall) during the end of your junior year or beginning of your senior year.
• File for Candidacy to Graduate online at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/graduation between these dates:
  Fall 2007 Graduation 6/1/07 - 10/10/07
  Winter 2008 Graduation 11/1/07 - 1/18/08
  Spring 2008 Graduation 1/29/08 - 4/11/08
  Summer 2008 Graduation 5/12/08 - 7/7/08
• View the Commencement Handbook online at http://commencement.ucdavis.edu for the most current graduation information.
• File your Minor Petition at the College of Engineering, Dean's Office before the quarter you plan to graduate.
• Notify the Dean's Office of any changes made to your final quarter course schedule after you have had your final degree check appointment.
• The Spring 2008 College of Engineering Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, June 13, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the ARC Pavilion. Tickets are required. To participate and reserve tickets, you MUST register online. Cap and gown can be reserved online at http://bookstore.ucdavis.edu on March 1, 2008 through June 2, 2008.
• Drop yourself from the Degree list at the Office of the Registrar if you know that you will not complete the graduation during the quarter for which you have filed. You must re-file during the file period for the quarter in which you will satisfy graduation requirements.
