Yes, tickets are REQUIRED for each guest (including infants and toddlers) for the College of Engineering Commencement Ceremony. We STRONGLY ADVISE those guests to arrive early (at least one hour before the ceremony begins) to allow plenty of time to park, get inside the ARC Pavilion, and to find convenient seating. Doors open at 2:00 p.m. The University does not provide wheelchairs. If an individual has a state disabled parking permit, parking is available in lot 25. For those with mobility problems and no state placard, please contact Heidi Sciutto (530-754-9666) at least two weeks prior to the ceremony for a special parking permit.  Wheelchair seating is located inside the ARC Pavilion at each corner of the Concourse Level. ONE person may accompany the wheelchair guest in this area.
