Corporations provide an annual philanthropic investment at the level of their choice. Your contribution will be used to support ECC programs, student awards and faculty research.

Partnership Levels

  • $25,000 - Professor
  • $15,000 - Graduate student
  • $10,000 - Undergraduate student

Corporations who have a cumulative annual strategic investment in excess of $100,000 to any department(s) or research unit(s) within the College of Engineering will automatically become enrolled.

ECC members gain annual naming opportunities, corporate visibility and personal attention for sourcing and targeting student talent, academic contacts, and other key resources within the College and University.

    The College of Engineering's clean-room facility is used for teaching students about microelectronics.

    UC Davis offers an undergraduate program in leadership that challenges students to explore their potential and gives them opportunities to learn how to work well in teams.

    Students can take advantage of a number of computer labs scattered throughout campus.

  • Computer Lab
    UC Davis encourages undergraduate research, offering a variety of opportunities to work with and be mentored by faculty on special projects throughout the year. Of these thousands of students, some 150 or more typically choose to present their research findings to the campus community during the annual UC Davis Undergraduate Research Conference.

  • Band-uh members
    The student-run California Aggie Marching Band-uh, established in 1929, is one of UC Davis' longest and most-cherished traditions. Members wear blue and gold uniforms for football games and "informal Mav'rik uniforms" — jeans, T-shirts and wild hats — at other events.

  • DNA Sculpture
    A sculptural interpretation of a DNA double helix by Roger Berry of Clarksburg graces the central stairs in the Life Sciences Addition.

  • Bikes on campusDavis boasts more bicycles per capita than any other community in the United States and more than 50 miles of bike paths. Bikes serve as a main mode of transportation for many of UC Davis' approximately 30,000 students.

  • Governor at hydroge fueling stationGov. Arnold Schwarzenegger refuels a hydrogen-powered fuel cell car at UC Davis' new hydrogen fueling station — the first publicly accessible station on California's Hydrogen Highway.

  • Red laserFaculty at UC Davis and affiliated scientists at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory employ lasers to conduct a wide range of research and to address real-world clinical problems, including developing techniques to treat cancer and dermatological problems and to correct vision.

  • Genome CenterThe Genome and Biomedical Sciences Facility brings together interdisciplinary research units including the Genome Center, the Department of Biomedical Engineering and various medical school research programs.

  • Clean Room EngineeringDepartment of Electrical and Computer Engineering's Microfabrication Facility in Kemper Hall where researchers design and create customized microinstruments and microsensors to aid in a variety of research endeavors.
