Spring 2013 Commencement Ceremony

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Undergraduate Engineering Commencement Ceremony, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your major must be administered by the College of Engineering
- Complete 160 units by the end of Winter Quarter 2013
- You must register by April 12, 2013
Registration to Participate
Students who wish to participate in the Fall Commencement Ceremony must register through the UC Davis Commencement website by April 12, 2013. Please note that students who are eligible for graduation must also file for candidacy to graduate through the Registrar's Office. View the Graduation Checklist below for details
2013 Graduation Check List
- Sign up for your First Degree Check by filling out a Degree Check Request Form at the Dean's Office (1050 Kemper Hall) during the end of your junior year or beginning of your senior year.
- File for Candidacy to Graduate online between these dates:
Spring 2013 Graduation: February 1-April 12, 2013
Summer 2013 Graduation: May 13-July 1, 2013

- File your Minor Petition at the College of Engineering, Dean's Office before the quarter you plan to graduate.
- Notify the Dean's Office of any changes made to your final quarter course schedule after you have had your final degree check appointment.

- The Spring 2013 College of Engineering Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, June 14, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Pavilion. Tickets are required. To participate and reserve tickets, you MUST register online. Cap and gown can be reserved online at the UC Davis Bookstore website.
Drop yourself from the Degree list at the Office of the Registrar if you know that you will not complete the graduation during the quarter for which you have filed. You must re-file during the file period for the quarter in which you will satisfy graduation requirements.
