Oversees IT service desk and manages professional and student staff to provide first-level IT support to fac­ulty, staff and students. Leads the development and training of IT service desk staff and supports the college leadership team.

Born in the outskirts in Dallas, Texas and raised in the garden state part of New Jersey is where this story begins. As a result of a congressman's inability to manage his printers, Jason found his calling in IT when it was he, who fixed a technical problem for a rocket scientist and 5-time jeopardy champion. After decades of enjoying the best pizza on earth (NYC if you're curious), he packed two suitcases and bought a one way ticket to the land of celebrities and famous people. Unfortunately he ended up in Elk Grove working for Apple, Inc. However in 2009, he found his home away from home and since then has been bringing his brand of fun and "Jersey style" friendliness to the university.
