In-Person Tour Experience: We are pleased to offer in-person tours, conducted by Engineering Student Ambassadors, for prospective UC Davis students and visitors to explore the College of Engineering. Visitors will be able to tour engineering buildings/labs and interact directly with current engineering undergraduate students to learn more about the college and its programs. The tours will last approximately 90 minutes.

Tour stops include some of the college’s unique and renowned teaching and research areas:

  1. Center for Nano-MicroManufacturing
  2. Coffee Lab
  3. Engineering Student Design Center
  4. Student Start Up Center

Please note that our tours are typically available on Mondays and Fridays. We do not offer tours on weekends, during finals week, university holidays, campus closures, or summer.  See the campus calendar for more information.

Be sure to arrive early to allow time to find parking, and walk over to the meeting place in the Bruce and Marie West Lobby in Kemper Hall.  The tours will leave promptly at the listed time.

The UC Davis  Visitors Services office offers general campus tours. To get the full UC Davis experience, we highly recommend scheduling both an engineering tour and a campus tour.  To register for a general UC Davis campus tour, click here.
