Shannon R. Long

Shannon Long joined the College of Engineering Dean's Office staff as the AvenueE Program Coordinator in October 2020. She previously worked at UC Berkeley as a College Advisor in the College of Letters & Science, and at California State University, San Bernardino as the Graduation & Retention Specialist for the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. Her background is in student retention and program development and assessment. In addition to her work with students, Shannon volunteers her time as a member of the advocacy network for Mental Health America.
