As a Service Desk Analyst, I am committed to ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as providing exceptional support to faculty, staff, and students.
Training and supervising student employees, helping develop their skills and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across the department. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, supporting the cutting-edge work of the College of Engineering. I take pride in delivering solutions that enhance the productivity and efficiency of the UC Davis community.
