Academic Achievement Counselor
Lauren Wong has extensive experience in academic advising, advisor training, and student success initiatives at UC Davis. She has led efforts in professional development for advisors, coordinated community engagement, and built collaborative partnerships to support student retention and equity in higher education.
Previously, she served as a Success Advisor in Undergraduate Education, where she focused on advising, training, professional development, and student retention. She also worked in the College of Letters and Science as an academic advisor and program manager for student leadership and development, in addition to serving as a major advisor in the Department of Languages and Literatures. Her passion for supporting students began as a Peer Advisor in Sociology during her undergraduate years at UC Davis.
