Event Date
This research collaboration forum, focused on the Healthy Aging in a Digital World (HADW) initiative, is convened in partnership with the AI Center in Engineering (AICE) and the Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS).
The program will include:
- Provide updates on HADW activities, recent progress, and future strategic priorities.
- Highlight ongoing projects and emerging opportunities where collaboration through HADW, AICE, and CITRIS can accelerate research impact.
- Connect faculty across engineering, AI, data science, health, aging, and related disciplines to identify complementary expertise and potential collaborators.
- Explore opportunities to develop new interdisciplinary research teams and collaborative projects.
- Identify seed funding, external funding, and partnership opportunities that can support innovative research initiatives.
HADW brings together UC Davis researchers who leverage digital technologies, data, and innovation to improve health, well-being, and quality of life across the aging continuum. In partnership with AICE and CITRIS, this forum connects expertise in engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, and digital technologies with leading research in health and aging.
The goal of this forum is to move beyond information sharing to identify complementary strengths, build new interdisciplinary research connections, generate collaborative ideas, and position teams to pursue emerging research and funding opportunities.
Additional details, including the meeting agenda, will be shared closer to the event date.
