Event Date
In March 2022 the College of Engineering launched the Next Level Research Startup awards to support bold ideas in alignment with our research strategic vision. That year, ten projects received funding for research, conferences, and networking.
All College of Engineering researchers are invited to contribute a 5-minute flash talk. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your work, gain collaborators, and engage with colleagues who share your research interests. Submit an abstract by April 9.

Please join us as we now hear from the 2024 Next Level Research Startup Award recipients about advancements in research, lessons learned and the challenges that lie ahead.
The event will feature presentations from our award recipients, a poster session and flash talks to further the diverse array of research endeavors within our engineering community.
A networking reception will follow the conclusion of the showcase. The college's Director of Safety, Steven Dilbert, will be at the reception to provide free electrical safety equipment.
