Charlotte is a proud UC Davis Leach Lab alumna (PhD ’20) currently serving as a Biomarker Study Asset Manager at Genentech. Her career journey has transitioned from the specialized research of the Leach Laboratory to the fast-paced world of Global Clinical Operations. In her current role, she is accountable for the end-to-end operational planning and execution of biomarker strategies across multiple clinical trials. She acts as a strategic partner to science and data functions, ensuring that complex biomarker data is delivered accurately and on time to support our mission of bringing transformative medicines to patients. She looks forward to sharing how the technical expertise and leadership skills she developed as a PhD candidate and beyond prepared her for a strategic role in the pharmaceutical industry.
