The Fall Research Symposium is a student initiated and organized event to showcase the research graduate and undergraduate students have done in the Chemical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering departments. The event consists of oral and poster presentations throughout the day, as well as keynote speakers from both academia and industry, including incoming UC Davis Assistant Professor of Materials Science & Engineering Dr. Nick Pant; Stanford University Professor of Chemical Engineering Dr. Thomas F. Jaramillo; and Dr. Joshua Michel, Recovery/Downstream Group Leader at International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc.
