Dr. Bruce Mansell has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona University and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Davis. He is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and has been with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for 25 years, where he currently serves as the Manager of the Wastewater Research Section.
