Alison Metzger-Jones

Alison oversees and guides alumni engagement strategies, college-wide stewardship and annual giving programs, and coordinates development and external relations team operations. She also works closely with the college's corporate and industry relations. Her favorite aspects of the job are showing donors the profound impact of their generosity and educating students on how their UC Davis experience is shaped by the thoughtful contributions of past Aggies.

Alison previously worked in nonprofit consulting and served in development, external relations and revenue generation roles at three other higher education institutions. She is a big fan of Aggies athletics, especially the men’s basketball program where her husband Jonathan is an assistant coach.
