GGSS Seminar: Design and Construction of the Annacis Water Supply Tunnel with Rambod Hadidi

Rambod Hadidi will present on the geotechnical design and construction of the Annacis Water Supply Tunnel, a water tunnel crossing beneath the Fraser River channel in the greater Vancouver area. The new 2.3 km long crossing is a critical part of the Greater Vancouver Water District’s distribution system and is required to withstand and remain fully functional following design earthquake motions with a return period of 10,000 years.
